The Ready Package is a three-month in-person or online preconception program combining couples fertility coaching, frequency elevation, private coaching and Caroline’s Purification, Fertilization, Calibration and Sanctification sessions.
Fertility coaching with Katherine looks at what conception means to you both and how that shows up in daily life. A large part of the work is your relationship with sex and with the energy of creation, including how masculine and feminine energy express themselves between you. These sessions ask you to go into uncomfortable ground and be honest about where you actually are.
Fears and resistance around preconception, pregnancy, labour, birth and parenthood are addressed directly.
The premise is straightforward. The words you speak and the actions you take are the foundation of this journey. When the two do not match, what you build on them is unstable. Coaching is there to steady you as a couple so that foundation can hold a family and its future.
Susan runs three kinds of sessions.
Fertility Frequency Elevations. An energetic process built for each couple, with distinct work for the woman and the man, intended to bring you into alignment for conception. Some couples also feel a connection with their child before conception during these sessions.
Private fertility coaching. Susan works with the woman to clear the noise of daily life and make room, internally and practically, for a growing family.
Couples follow-up sessions. These keep you accountable to the tasks set during your couples coaching with Katherine. The tasks are specific to you and target unresolved issues you may otherwise carry into parenthood. Treat the follow-ups as extra support rather than extra work.
Sessions with Susan are not recorded.
Small group Fertility Frequency Elevations. Beyond the elevations included in The Ready Package, Susan offers two additional group elevations a month. Each runs one to two hours depending on how many people attend. Registration closes two days before, and you will be told the length once it closes so you can plan around it.
M is Man and W is Woman. The letters after each session show who it is for, and both roles carry equal weight in this work.
Sanctification is the work of bringing holiness into the womb. It is ongoing rather than a single session, and it asks the mother to accept a new version of herself. As resistance and blockages clear, she feels love and connection moving freely between her womb and her heart. From there, her womb holds a house of love.
Calibration resets the frequency of the cells so the womb can receive and hold more light. The purpose is to match the energetic signature of the incoming child to the womb.
